I met Jen only a couple of times, the first being on Jenny’s and SJ’s wedding. The first thing I thought was oh my that woman has style and is super pretty! She looked so much younger and brighter. Despite not spending a lot of time with Jen, she understood me and stayed connected with me on the phone. We talked a lot about self love and what it means to be happy. She really took the time to talk to me and send me motivational content. One of the last things she messaged me was: “I’m here to encourage you anytime. We all need people around us to be good friends and encourage. Life isn’t easy for sure.”

She was a true warrior until the end. RIP Jen. Thank you for the kind words as I will always cherish them.

I met Jen in 1985 and immediately fell in love with her and we became lifelong friends.
